Privacy and call recordings

GDPR-compliant by design. Your calls are your data.

Short version: your calls are yours. Vunoon listens to a call only to do the job you set it up for — booking an appointment, taking a message, answering a question. We don't sell your data, we don't use your calls to advertise to you or anyone else, and your conversations aren't fed into public AI models.

When the assistant takes a call, it keeps a recording and a written transcript so you can review what was said and follow up. You stay in control of all of it: you can read it, search it, and delete any single call or wipe everything in one go. Nothing is kept around longer than it's useful to you.

We try to be honest about what this means in practice. To answer a call at all, the assistant has to hear it, and the words have to be processed somewhere — that's simply how a phone assistant works. What we promise is that this processing only ever serves you and your callers, never some hidden second purpose.

Your callers matter here too. In many places you're expected to let people know when a call is being recorded. The assistant can say this right in its opening greeting, so callers know where they stand from the first second — you turn it on with a single switch in your settings.

If you ever want a clearer picture of exactly what's stored and for how long, just ask us. We'd rather give you a straight answer than bury it in fine print.
