Only what you give us: your name, business name, e-mail address and phone number when you create an account, request a demo call or contact us. When your assistant is live we also process the details of calls it handles (caller number, transcript, booking details) on your behalf.

We do not collect special categories of data, and we do not buy contact lists or enrich your profile from third-party data brokers.

We process your data to answer your inquiries and run the demo you requested (your consent and steps taken at your request), to operate your account and the service you signed up for (performance of a contract), and to keep the service secure and meet our legal obligations. The legal basis is Art. 6 of the GDPR.

When you request a demo call, your phone number and chosen language are used solely to arrange and conduct that one call. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can give you the conversation summary. You can ask us to delete any recording or transcript at any time and we will do so promptly.

We keep account and lead data for as long as your account is active and as long as we are required to for accounting and legal reasons. Demo and inquiry data that does not lead to an account is deleted once it is no longer needed. You can request deletion earlier.

We never sell your data and never share it for third-party marketing. We rely on a small number of service providers (telephony, e-mail delivery, hosting) strictly to run the service, under data-processing agreements. Data is processed on servers within the EU where possible.

This website uses only technically necessary local storage — visitor and session identifiers that make forms work and let us measure aggregate site usage. We set no third-party advertising cookies of our own.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Austria, the Datenschutzbehörde). To exercise any right, just write to hello@vunoon.com.
