Vunoon is an AI phone assistant that answers calls for your business, takes messages, books appointments and sends you summaries. You configure how it speaks and what it can do; you remain responsible for the information it gives your callers.

Creating an account and configuring your assistant is free. You can test it in chat and on demo calls without paying. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity that happens under your account.

A paid plan applies only once you connect a phone number and your assistant starts answering live calls. Plans are billed monthly (or annually if you choose) and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown before you confirm.

You may not use the service for unlawful calls, harassment, deceptive practices or automated outbound spam, and you must have the right to handle the caller data the assistant processes. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Your calls are your data. We process them on your behalf to run the service and never sell them. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We operate the service with commercially reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in good time. These terms are governed by Austrian law, and the place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria, as far as legally permissible.
